There are two main aspects of our services:

1. Property Care Plan:
A bespoke, tailor-made plan which includes all of the cyclical servicing and maintenance of the house systems, such as Gas, Heating, Electrics, AC, Ventilation, etc.
The Property Care Plan is a hands-free, peace of mind product which takes away all worries and efforts from the Client and ensures that the house is properly serviced and kept in good conditions at all time.
Tailor made plan means that it accommodates any Client’s requirements, incorporating if required: House keeping, Cleaning, Gardening and anything else which a Client would require and benefit from.

2. Services on demand:

We provide one off repairs services when required, on short notice and as a priority for our Property Care clients.

We also plan, arrange and manage larger works and projects whenever required on behalf of our Clients, such as:

– Refurbishments and Renovations

– Design, Architectural service and Planning Applications

– Building Works

– Planning and managing projects from inception to completion
